An innovative method that provides guidance on how to apply acupuncture in order to achieve physical and emotional release. It constitutes the basis of the treatment of many physical symptoms and has been taught for 22 years. Combining Acupuncture with Psychology, Psychosomatic Acupuncture is based on the assumption that physical symptoms are rooted in emotional-psychological imbalances. Needles are inserted into specific points on the body related to Organs and Emotions, always according to the needs of each patient, after examination of their physical condition and emotional state. The purpose of acupuncture is to facilitate the smooth flow of Qi energy, allowing the body to function more effectively, so as to reach what is called the ‘flow state’. Psychosomatic acupuncture can be applied in combination with psychotherapy or medical treatment.
